Chai & Company – Launch! 🎉
Hi Friend/Potato,
I’m so excited to share something new with you. Lately, I’ve felt more than ever that genuine human connection is slipping away. Maybe it’s just me, but as we get older—and as the world becomes more virtual—it feels harder to connect with the person behind the screen.
So I asked myself: how do we bring that feeling back?
When I reflected on my own life, I noticed a pattern. The moments I’ve felt most connected—with friends, family, and loved ones—were simple. We were gathered around my dining table, chai in hand, snacks within reach, sharing laughs, stories, or even random thoughts like, “Why are tomatoes considered fruit?” It didn’t matter what we talked about. What mattered was that, in that moment, we were there for each other.
I can’t sell friendship, but I can offer a space to connect—with no pressure, no expectations. Just one hour of genuine “human time.” A chance to talk, or simply sit together, virtually for now (face-to-face if this takes off!). Think of it like a casual coffee date with no agenda—just presence.
How it works: Pick a time that suits you, make your booking, and show up. That’s it. This time is for you. I can listen, talk, or we can play a game. It’s time I hold for you.
Of course, a quick note: I’m not a therapist, and this isn’t a substitute for therapy. So I won’t be able to hold space for conversations that are deeply emotional, triggering, or heavy in nature. And respectful boundaries are a must—this is a zero-tolerance zone for any inappropriate or sexual content.
This is my small way of helping bridge the growing gap in human connection. If it brings a little light to your day, then it’s already worth it. 🌞
